Postharvest and Food Process Engineering (PHFPE) Laboratory was originally named the Laboratory of Agricultural Product Processing under the Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture. In 1998, when the Department of Agricultural Technology into the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Laboratory name changed into the Laboratory of Food Processing Technology and Agricultural Products.
